  • Although this clip is dated 1946, the wedding actually took place on 24 October 1945, as this original newspaper photo will confirm.....

    The location is St John's Church, Canberra.

    "Viscountess of Clive" should read simply Viscountess Clive.

    "They pose with their flower girl" - this is the bridesmaid, her name is Davina, Baroness Darcy de Knayth.
