    Leeds, Yorkshire.

    Sir Edwin Airey, Lord Mayor of Leeds, opens the National Rose Show at Roundhay Park.

    Sir Edwin accompanied by his wife and a man in uniform ( possibly Police ) walking through the grounds of the park, in the distance are some marquees. C/U of a speaker's platform, a man in a trilby takes a seat next to Sir Edwin and his wife having given a speech. Sir Edwin stands make an address, he is wearing his mayoral chain. C/U of Sir Edwin and his wife talking to two men in tweed suits.
