Amendment November 2010: This clip shows Charlie Hunt the RR Works Convenor. Whitehead. When they walk out of the Houses of Parliament three men are seen standing together; the one in the middle is Charlie.
The Engine type mainly featured in the clip is the Phantom Spey, but there is at least one Conway engine and some Civil Spey engines being built.
William 'John' Brassington told the archive: "The Production RB211 22B Engine for the Lockheed Tristar was built on this build Line at about this time or a little after but there is no evidence of one on this clip. I was an engine fitter, and used to work on the B-Site engine build line at the time the sequence was shot. I knew every one of the workers in this clip."
