    The annexing of Rockall took place on 18 September 1955.

    The man seen standing by the Union Flag at 00:30 is Lieutenant Commander Desmond Scott RN. The other three men with him are Sergeant Brian Peel RM, Corporal Anthony Fraser RM, and civilian James Fisher......
