    M/S's of dignitary very large key to man and woman wearing robes and a crown (presumably the carnival King and Queen). High angle shots of the procession making it's way through the streets of the seaside town, many horse drawn floats and cars pass down the street.

    Group shot of people in fancy dress, two people are dressed in large bear costumes, while a women is dressed as a Geisha girl.
