Dr. Arce speaking (in Spanish) precis: Dr Adolf Hoffmeister (Czechoslovakia) speaking says that the Atlantic Pact is in conflict with the principals of the Charter of the U.N. precis: Hector McNeil speaking says that the Hoffmeister and Mr Andrei Gromyko (USSR) had made attacks on British Govt. and used the U.N. for propaganda purposes.
