More flooded residential areas. Fast flowing river water. Grass uprooted by rapids that blocked the sluice gates. Men working on weir. Wrecked, upside down lorry that was swept into the river. Gushing water pouring over spillway near Pretoria and rushing along.

    Several shots of destruction left in residential area of Clifftown (?) near Johannesburg after the flood waters swept through. People pick their way amongst the ruins - corrugated iron sheets lie about.
