Seen here is the George Bennie Railplane System of Transport.
The location is Milngavie, near Glasgow.
Reducing the clip's current date range, the fully built prototype system seen here wasn't completed until the late 1920s. Therefore a date range of 1929-32 would be better fitting.
Other British Pathe clips showcasing this system include 3181.07, 3181.06 and 715.09.
The title should really read "Railplane".
