    Various shots of large buoy anchored in harbour. It has a red cross and the German word "Generalluftzeugmeister" painted on the side. Various shots of interior of buoy. A man climbs down ladder and looks around interior. The buoy is a German life raft of that is anchored off French coast. It contains bunks, medicine supplies, food and signalling equipment. The raft is for German fighter pilots shot down in Channel. This raft came loose from its moorings during a storm and was washed up on English coast.
