    Several sections of speech where Provost pays tribute to Cameron Highlanders and offers them Freedom of Inverness. Crowd gives three cheers. Queen Mother makes speech, paying tribute to the Camerons. She gives them congratulations and good will from all ranks of the Black Watch, whose Colonel in Chief she is. She talks of the tribute conveyed on her today that she shares with the Camerons (Freedom of Inverness), meaning she will now share a very special association and affection with this regiment.

    Crowd applauds and everyone stands for national anthem (only opening strains heard). Shots of Cameron Highlanders Pipe Band marching and playing on parade ground, followed by march past.
