    Almelo, Holland (Netherlands).

    GV. Draw being made by judges sitting around table - people whose names are withdrawn are to win cake each - unclear why. Close up shots of nice looking winning cake. Various shots of small pieces of paper with numbers on being withdrawn from box during the draw. Various shots of a large kitchen with about 20 cooks all busy icing filling and finishing cakes off. The doors fly open and the young cooks go around the town delivering the cake prizes to various winners. Various shots of the 'cake of cakes' prize being delivered by some young cooks to the Mayor of Almelo.
