  • Prince Bira and Ceril Heycock married on the 12th January 1938 at the Siamese Legation in Kensington (23 Ashburn Place, as seen in the clip).

The "best man" (if there is such a thing at a Buddhist ceremony) was Bira's cousin and mentor, Prince Chula.

The racing car at the beginning of the clip is a 1934 Maserati 8CM, bought from Whitney Straight for Bira by Chula in 1936.
