M/S of one of the Princes - probably Albert - in military uniform, he walks up a quayside accompanied by several officers and important looking civilian men. M/S of Prince Albert using a welding torch on the hulk of a large ship (he has lots of help from the men in his entourage). M/S of the Prince talking to a man with a big moustache and a group of girls in aprons and caps - factory workers? Panning shot of the girls waving and laughing at the camera.

Note: story not edited in chronological order - probably cuts. Please see other record in this issue for more shots of the same event. AH 2000.
