    L/S of the crowds walking along, the camera pans across them walking about. M/S of a car, President Von Hindenburg emerges from a building and gets in the car then tips his hat. Military men salute. M/S of people waiting with flags, they cheer and wave as his car drives past them down the road. People cheer and wave party flag. M/S as he walks down a road with a man, they are followed by other military people. M/S of Lord French, Earl of Ypres.

    M/S of cameramen lined up ready to take pictures, mounted guards control the crowds. People mill about, they wave as the car drives past. M/S of the German flag up a flagpole people stand at the bottom and watch through binoculars. Soldiers walk about and cameramen line up. M/S of a man putting the party flag on a car. M/S as President Von Hindenburg emerges. L/S of crowds and soldiers getting people in line and holding them back, they direct the crowds as they walk about.
