  • This event was arguably a nail in the coffin of the offshore pirate radio stations.

    The dapper looking chap seen arriving at 0.19 is Radio Caroline boss Ronan O'Rahilly and it's long been reported that he and the PM were later overheard having heated words which allegedly hardened Wilson's resolve to shut the pirates down.

    Has anyone else heard anything to that effect?
