The factory is that of F.S.C Star.
The factory was located in Starachowice, Poland.
The date of 1940 must be wrong. Firstly Poland was under German occupation by this time, so they'd be far more likely to have been making military vehicles rather than the commercial ones seen here.
Secondly, the "Star 20" shown being assembled here was apparently not first built until 1948.
A sensible conclusion. Does anyone know when this is from?
Further to my previous comment, Polish Wikipedia says that Star 20 trucks (like the ones seen being made here) were made between 1948 and 1957. Perhaps those years could form the clip's new date range?
