  • Hi British Pathe.
    The Police Flying Club film at Panshanger is excellent. Thanks for finding these for me, they have been well watched. This one though shows the original side of Panshanger Aerodrome (the North side) which was the original aerodrome before the South site was built in 1942/3 & then in the late 50's on the south site, the large T2 hanger was built where we see the next film of the Indoor Cycle Track.

    I am trying to get Conservation Area status for Panshanger Aerodrome, with listed status as plan b. It is good to see the original buildings in the Police Flying Club film as now there are earth banks seperating the buildings.
