"Location Unknown / Unclear - London?" - yes, at 01:55 the interview with the Chelsea Pensioner takes place on the King's Road, with the fashion boutique "Stop the Shop" behind them.
Offcuts for this clip exist in clip 3077.02.
The other clip dates the footage as 1970 - it's difficult to be certain which date is correct, as platform shoes were fashionable from the late 60's through to the late 70s.
