Titles read: "LONDON - PIGEONS LEAD SALES DRIVE".

General elevated view of London (remainder of title scene). People covered in pigeons in Trafalgar Square. A man loads boxes of pigeons onto a van. Man in pigeon loft puts a pigeon into a box. The pigeon van stops in Fleet Street and takes a box into a building (looks like 'The Times' headquarters). Commentator explains this is part of a sales drive - if the customer receiving the pigeon wants a salesman to call, he releases it.

Inside an office a boss sits at his desk. His secretary walks in with a box that she puts on the desk. The boss opens the box and looks startled to find a pigeon inside. He takes it out of the box and hands it to his secretary who puts it out of a window. The pigeon flies back to its home loft (seen earlier). A man checks the bird's markings then makes a note and a phone call. A salesman in an office gets a call and rushes off with briefcase and bowler hat.

In another office a secretary looks less than thrilled to discover a pigeon in a box on her desk. The bird flies about the room. In another office a boss is brought his pigeon by his secretary. He waves her away.

Shots of the pigeon sitting on the head of a typist and on the return carriage of her typewriter. At another office the salesman arrives and is handed a dustpan and brush by a secretary, so he can sweep up after their pigeon. The dismissive boss we saw earlier is brought a cooked pigeon on a silver plate by his secretary.
