Full title reads: "Pathe Picette presents - Who's Crazy?" 1946 ?

Compilation of quirky stories, probably for younger audiences (stories all originally from New Pictorials).

Mr Charles Macey is seen on a 16 mile walk - difference is, he is walking backwards. He seems to be walking along the A26 with his nephew. We see a signpost for Uckfield, Lewes, Brighton and Eastbourne so they are probably on their way to the Sussex coast.

Trapeze artists are seen in the open air - man rides a bicycle which has two trapezes attached. Various shots of the stunt.

Woman is strapped into a device which will send her flying up into the air. Possibly some kind of aeronautics testing device. Prototype of scary funfair ride maybe. She has to wear a bag over her head for some reason.

Another stunt - a man in cowboy outfit ("Wally Texan") performs some shooting stunts. He shoots a pipe from the mouth of his lovely cowgirl assistant. He then does some knife throwing - scary. Audience are seen applauding. They seem to be in a pretty small venue - a village hall or similar. When Wally has demonstrated his knife throwing skills he moves on to throwing axes - eek.

Cameraman is seen standing against the frame and filming Wally while he throws axes at him. Cameraman not recognised - he has a moustache - does anyone know who he is?

Bizarre montage follows: probably student rag footage. Various fancy dress costumes, woman taking a bath in the open air, a car being washed by students dressed up, men dressed as Arabs with a camel, guillotine. Child throws a rocking horse toy on the ground then rides a bicycle into a wall (testing strength presumably). A grown man rides, stands on and generally manhandles various children's toys to see if he can break them. Looks quite comical. Two men ride on a child's seesaw.

Funfair footage - seen sped up with crazy soundtrack. Model cars on a track at a funfair, water slide / chute - girls screaming with pleasure, birds eye view from on various roller coasters and fairground rides.

Man climbs into a taxi cab and is driven off. View of traffic from viewpoint of passenger. Film is again shown at top speed. C/U of the fare clicking round. Car is travelling through London, we see Hyde Park Corner. Nicely shot - extremely manic. Car eventually stops when a policeman steps in front on a zebra crossing.

Note: If this was shown at a children's matinee I would expect the kids to be running riot by now - I'm exhausted!
