    P.L.A. (Port of London Authority) health ship.

    Gravesend, Kent.

    M/S as flags are pulled out of their pigeon holes, they are hauled up asking for medical assistance on the ship. The P.L.A. ship "Hygeia" moves along river. C/U of the flag reading "Port Health Authority". M/S as it sails towards the ship. M/S medical officer climbing up rope ladder and boarding ship. Various shots as he chats with the crew, the captain signs the ship over for fumigation and leaves after the crew. C/U sign "Danger - This ship is under fumigation by cyanide, a deadly poison. All persons are warned to keep away". Various shots of squad fumigating cabins, decks and holds of ship. L/S as the health ship sails away.
