  • The race seen here is the 1963 24 Hours of Le Mans. It took place over 15 and 16 June 1963.

    No 26 is a Ferrari 250GTO LMB.
    No 7 is an Aston Martin DP214.
    No 10 is a Ferrari 330 TRI/LM.
    No 39 is a Lotus Elite Mark 14.
    No 23 is a Ferrari 250P, co-driven by John Surtees.
    00 is a Rover-BRM co-driven by Graham Hill.
    55 is a Fiat Abarth 1000SP.
    12 is a Ferrari 330 LM Berlinetta.
    17 is a Lister Coupe.
    No 41 is a Rene Bonnet Aerodjet.
    8 is an Aston Martin DP214.
    22 is a Ferrari 250SP.
    31 is an MG MGB.
    No 25 is a Ferrari 250GTO.
    No 53 is a Rene Bonnet Aerodjet LM6.

    Car 21, seen at 04:31, is also a Ferrari 250P, and is the eventual winner of the race. It is seen again at 05:09, carrying the winning drivers Lorenzo Bandini and Ludovico Scarfiotti.
