Cuts for story SARBE BEACON in CP 668. Mostly similar footage to cut story of a man stranded at sea in a rubber dinghy being rescued by RAF Acklington, thanks to his 'Search and Rescue Beacon Equipment'. We also see similar footage of the Vidor Factory, where workers are making the Sarbe Beacon battery packs. A different shot shows a man stirring a huge cauldron of liquid - battery acid-type stuff?
Cuts for story MANLY MARINELAND in CP 668. Similar footage to cut story of sea creatures being fed at Australia's Manly Marineland park. More shots of surfers at Bondi Beach. M/S of the exterior of a Pan Am building, presumably in Sydney. Nice, unusual L/S of Sydney Opera House across the harbour (without the bridge in background). M/S looking up at Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Stray sequence: a few brief shots show people walking along a cliff side walk - looks like somewhere on the Cote d'Azure.
Cuts for story BOUILLEBAISSE (BOUILLABAISSE) in CP 668. Similar footage to the cut story of a delicious bouillabaisse stew being made at a waterfront restaurant in Villefranche, France. A few different views of the harbour and surrounding countryside. Several shots show women and a man picking carnations in a greenhouse / glasshouse. Various shots of a polo match; several shots of spectators, mostly from behind, but some nice C/Us of people watching the match.
