RUMANIA - similar footage to cut story showing delights of Rumania. A bizarre looking duo of local men repeatedly look towards and away from one of the churches - presumably being directed by the cameraman. Looks a little weird. There are extra shots of the churches and their frescos. Extra shots of the tourists and locals looking at the churches - good Rumanian faces! More footage of trotting race. Good shots of spectators including one of man wiping tears from his eyes with a wad of paper money! Horses being prepared for trotting race. General views of town - Bucharest?
AUTO GYRO - Different material to cut story - father and son pull the constructed auto-gyro towards the car and attach it to the tow bar. Their house is pretty groovy - a wooden affair in woodland. They drive off. They arrive at the Blackbushe Aero Club. The trailer is dismantled and auto-gyro lifted off. Son falls over in the process. Mother climbs out of the vehicle after her trip and Father puts on his crash helmet to have a go. Shot of man putting petrol into a light aircraft looking to the skies as if watching the auto-gyro in flight. Another man looks to the skies too.
BEAUTY QUEEN - extra shots of the girls on the catwalk. C/U of a family enjoying the beauty contest. Spectators applaud. Girl with an enormous beehive puts her hand over her boyfriend's eyes as he is obviously enjoying it too much! C/U of spotty looking boy drooling over the girls. One of the contestants waves at the audience. Nice shot of the girls about to emerge from the curtained wings onto the stage. They pass the camera one by one. C/U of their legs as they climb the steps to the stage.
