01:22:37 - 01:25:18 Cuts (rushes, out takes) for the story SAFETY STRAPS in Colour Pictorials - CP 409. The original story is on Pathe Master Tape *PM0197*. The sequences at Leatherhead include shots of the harness clip, the man swinging in the air, the pulley, and various shots of him dropping, held by the rope. There are also good shots of the men on the ground heaving on the rope (could be pulling anything), and shots of the insulator coil being fixed with the rope. At the Medway bridge construction site, we see more shots of feet and climbing on girders by the 'spiderman' and better shots of the bridge construction.
