Cuts (rushes, out takes) for stories in Colour Pictorial - CP 304. The original stories are also on Pathe Master tape *PM0117*.

Cuts for story RADIO TELESCOPE in CP 304. Similar footage to cut story about a huge radio telescope at the Mullard Radio Astronomy Observatory.

Cuts for story PLASTIC BAG MAGICIAN in CP 304. Similar footage to the cut story of Swedish illusionists Carboni and Carbonita showing us their 'escape from a plastic bag' trick. This does not show us how they did it, unfortunately! I am completely mystified! The volunteer man's jacket has one of the sleeves turned inside out when he puts it on after the trick.

Cuts for story SAFETY STRAPS in CP 304. Similar footage to cut story about seat belts and safety harness testing. The poor seat belt testing woman is jerked forward several times; she doesn't look too happy about it by the end!

Cuts for story GREYHOUNDS IN RETIREMENT in CP 304. Similar footage to cut story; mostly of the greyhound being 'detrained' in the garden with a furry toy; several shots of the dogs being taken for a walk. More shots at the greyhound racetrack at West Ham Stadium in London, similar to cut story.

Verbal warfare at its best. Here are some of history's greatest retorts and snarling insults. These people certainly didn't mince their words!
