    GV people walking along the motorway with spectators watching form one of the flyovers. Shot the spectators on the flyovers. SV Transport Minister Mr Ernest Marples armed with a pair of scissors about to cut the ribbon to open motorway officially - he cuts ribbon.

    Air view the Don Bridge. GV pan the bridge to river where Mr Marples is looking at the bridge. Pan shot looking up underneath the bridge showing that it is built in two sections one for the direction of the traffic camera pans down the river.

    SV pan Mr Marples walking down steep bank with officials there is a mass of scaffolding in the background camera pans to the scaffold this is the "Went" Bridge which is still under construction the amount of scaffolding measures 120 miles this bridge is further north of the A1. CU Mr Marples with official. GV pan the scaffolding. Air view the motorway.

    It\'s the A1(M) Doncaster By-Pass.

    At 1:05 is shows you the bridge at Sprotborough over the river Don then it shows you Junction 36 at Warmsworth.
