The White Ensign flag of aircraft carrier HMS Indefatigable is presented to the Borough of Holborn. L/S of the flag party, carrying the white Ensign, slowly marching past men of the Indefatigable who stand to attention. L/S of the flag being handed over to Superintendent Rowlerson of the Metropolitan Police. Rowlerson receives the Ensign on behalf of the Borough of Holborn whilst the Mayor and civic officials look on. Rowlerson slow marches with the Ensign into the Town Hall.
