    "Wyand Movietone" - this tells us that this footage was shot by cameraman Paul Wyand.

    The Men's Pole Vault final seen here took place on 22 July 1952.

    "High angle of various male pole vaulters" - the first man seen, (number 1024), is Don Laz of the USA, the eventual Silver Medallist.

    The Men's 800 Metres shown here also took place on 22 July 1952.
