Graphic reading 'Olympic flame leaves Greece'. Pan across ruins of original stadium of Olympia in Athens, woman in traditional Greek dress and man in shorts light Olympic flame using an olive branch. Soil is removed from the ground to be taken to Wembley, London, and the first runner runs away with the Olympic torch, lighting the torch of the next runner, who runs towards, and then past, the camera. At the local port, the torch is passed onto a Greek naval officer, who will transport it to Corfu. A small crowd watch the proceedings, then we follow the small naval boat in which the naval officer is holding the Olympic torch aloft. Wider shot of naval boat carrying the Olympic torch.
