    Switzerland.

Vintage cars are driven through the Swiss countryside by men and women in old fashioned costume. Various shots of the people and their cars. "The Swiss are even more curio crazy than the English" states the narrator.

They visit a transport museum and admire some old trains. They then watch the preparation of a hot air balloon. The folk in costume stand around admiring the old fashioned air balloon then a few of them climb into the basket and the balloon lifts off. They wave from the basket and their friends wave from the ground. It is presumably a vintage hot air balloon.

"They visit a transport museum" - the locomotive they look at is the "Limmat", a 1947-built replica of Switzerland's first loco. (This footage is very likely to have been at Lucerne Transport Museum).
