C/U of office sign "Met Plotting Office." The captain looks at the chart. The crew decide to contact the aircraft pilot to make sure that he had received the Prestwick report. Drama increases - Morse code operator shakes his head. Extreme C/U of second hand of clock moving around. Jock in the radio room hears a faint signal and gives the thumbs up signal. The aircraft turns away to a clear landing in safety thanks to the Ocean Weather Ship. Shot of the aircraft. C/U of some kind of calendar.
