    GV. The Kremlin across the river. Various shots of delegation from North Vietnam led by Pham Van Dong and Le Than Ngi in the Kremlin. They enter room and are greeted by President of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR Leonid Brezhnev and Prime Minister of Russia Alexei Kosygin. They take their seats at table and start to have talks. GV. Kremlin across river. Various shots of the delegation posing together and then a communiqué is signed.
