Full titles read: "NEW SOUTH WALE POLICE CARNIVAL"

L/S's of the Australian Police Force on parade. Several shots of mounted policemen followed by uniformed men marching. L/S's of men dressed like toy soldiers and walking strangely in an open air arena. L/S's of small model artillery pieces being fired at the men and they start to fall down (like toy soldiers). The clouds applaud the performance. L/S's of a mock up of the changing of the guard, only the guards are women and ride wooden horses on wheels ! (It's quite comical).
