"MS exterior of police Headquarters, Nottingham." - that's Central Police Station, on North Church Street.

At 01:35, the (enormous!) police car proceeds along Shakespeare Street.

The City Police were having a sly dig at their County colleagues in this film. The responding officers attended attend an alarm on High Pavement - just across the road from the main entrance to the what was then Nottinghamshire Constabulary's HQ.
