    Full title reads: "NEW LIFEBOATS launched at CROMER".

    Pan along the pier at Cromer. Close up shot of Air Minster, Sir Samuel Hoare surrounded by people. Crowds relaxing at Cromer beach. Sir Hoare talking into microphone, crowds watching. He launches a new lifeboat (natural sound) - "I name this ship..." Mr Hoare breaks Champagne bottle against the ship. Ship slides down slipway and plunges into the sea. Another boat slides after her. Several shots of the lifeboat at sea.

    There is no mention of this item in the original paperwork for this issue. It is possible that it belongs to another issue.
