    WS. Slow tilt down the front of Westminster Cathedral to see choir boys entering the Cathedral under a canopy. WS. Crowds. WS. A Line of Police run behind as Monseigneur Arthur Hinsley's car pulls up. WS. Interior of the Cathedral as the investiture takes place. WS. Archbishop Hinsley takes his seat on the throne and a Mitre is placed on his head. Bishop Butt? approaches to perform the Consecration. LS. The new Archbishop comes out onto a balcony and waves to the crowd. WS. Crowd waving back to him.
