The winner is cheeky enough to give the Mayoress a kiss - the crowd yells with delight.
Leslie Holmes presents the winner with another, very small cup, and mentions something about him being the Chamber of Commerce Town Crier. Winner's full name is not mentioned although Holmes refers to him as Ben.
