    Italian fascist leader Benito Mussolini (Il Duce) inspects men of the Italian Air Force on the 11th anniversary of their foundation. Various shots of crowd. CU of Mussolini talking to woman (possibly a widow). Mussolini presents medal to Air Force officer, they kiss on both cheeks. Air force men march past in parade. CU officer with medals.
