  • I came upon this clip whilst looking for information on my husband's great grandafther. He was called Arthur Carlton and was knighted on the recommendation of Stanley Baldiwn and is the Mayor of Worcester in this film. The ladyt hat Stanly Baldwin greets on the steps in my husband's great grandmother Annie Carlton Lady Mayoress of Worcester.
