Footage from a 1970s Motor Show in London - possibly 1971.
Begins with shots of a scantily clad woman posing on a car. Lots of photographers take her photo. She wears silver knickers, silver armbands and a choker with the words "Formula A 'D' Wheels"...

"choker with the words Formula A D wheels......." the choker actually says "Formula D wheels", a type of wheel manufactured by Dunlop, hence the "D" (Dunlop's trademark) brooch holding her top together.
The car she's posing on is an MGB GT.
A clapperboard appears at 01:38, telling us that date of filming was 18.10.1971, eliminating the filming date expressed in the shots list.
"Two women in belly dancing costumes pose on a car" - it's a Reliant Scimitar. In turn, the male model is not "waving a sword", but a scimitar.
