This is at Brooklands, Surrey. These are not racing cars, this is some kind of club event.
Car 52 is a Bugatti (horseshoe radiator), car 33 is an Amilcar. Lots of Salmson cars: 41, 34, 29.
00:14 "cars drive down narrow ramp which slopes down to wider track" - cars descending the Test Hill at Brooklands to the Start/Finish Straight below.
Car 66 is a big Bugatti tourer.
"Cars coming up hill through tunnel w/ signs on tunnel advertising Henlys" - this is an access tunnel under the banking.
"shot of many cars lined up at starting line" - the Start line, under the footbridge.
