Location of events unknown - probably London.

M/S of steam engines at railway station. Crowds of passengers walking along platform. Young porter wheels barrow laden with boxes past advertising signs (Bovril) and stops to wipe his brow with handkerchief. Railway porters unload luggage and parcels from train. Another porter comes along on a small tractor vehicle, pulling several trailers laden with luggage. M/S of the porter posing on the vehicle. C/U of engine. Porter does a few nifty turns on the machine. Porter pulls trailers past trains at station and turns in a circle on the platform while a train arrives.

M/S of large motor-powered boat on stilts at edge of water. Shots of men working on the painting and finishing details on the ship. A small girl smashes a bottle of champagne against the hull, and seems to get covered in it herself! Group of people watching all applaud. The flag-decked Dorrimee moves down slipway into the water and moves off across harbour.

M/S of garage door with signs reading 'Secret - Beware Of The Dog', 'Keep Off The Grass' and 'No Circulars - No Hawkers'. M/S of a group of mechanics working on an invisible car! There is no car there, but they all pretend to be using spanners and other tools on it. C/Us of white dog barking and tail wagging. Shifty-looking man creeps past building. The dog runs after him and (reverse footage) he leaps backwards up to a high wall on the building.

Cut to busy London street scenes with traffic rushing past, pedestrians, cyclists. C/Us of traffic lights going crazy, then we see traffic hurtling past in reverse. Several shots of two women and a man all wearing sunglasses and sitting in an invisible car (they are superimposed onto film of country road). The man smokes a cigarette. Point of view shot of the road as we see a disembodied arm making hand signals from the window of another 'invisible car'. Cut to a man getting out of a car outside a warehouse. He shuts the door and the car disappears. View of a blank stage with a black curtain at the back. The man walks into shot, puts his hat on an invisible hat stand and walks off.
