    The first two rolls (up to 2:07) was indeed shot in Liège. The sequence starting at 0:42 shows the Guillemins train station in the background. Monty's car is driving down rue des Guillemins and is just past the crossroads with rue Dartois and rue Sohet.
    Around 2:58, the building on the left of the picture is the Palais train station, and at the back right we catch a glimpse of the gothic western facade of the Prince-Bishop's palace.
    After 3:06, the street the car is following is rue Saint-Séverin, and the church tower in the distance is Sainte-Marguerite.
