  • "moments later he is picked up by the police." - the police car here is an Austin A99 Westminster. That dates the clip as being from at least 1959. Re-dating the clip to, say, 1959-65 would be more more realistic than it's current range.

    Indeed, the same actor seen being apprehended here appears in another British Pathe anti-crime clip, namely 3263.01. That's dated 1965, perhaps the two were filmed concurrently?
