    Full title reads: "Military college honoured. New standard presented to Cavalry School of Pinerolo".

    Pinerolo, Piedmont, Italy.

    Various shots of military parade. Famous Italian cavalry regiment, the Lancers of Vercelli, present their regimental colours to Cavalry School of Pinerolo. Cadets and veterans of Lancers march through streets behind regiment standard. The standard is decorated with medals from many battles. We see an officers hand over standard to representative of the school.
