    Various shots of the Britain's Secretary of State Hector McNeil speaking at UNO (United Nations Organisation) conference in America (natural sound) - famous speech in which he attacks Russians. He says that Soviet state must open its borders for various international commissions and newspaper people. He continues attacking Soviets for their inconsistency and double moral in dealing with the USA.
