Making cricket balls. Part of issue titled HOW'S THAT?

    Kent.

Various shots showing traditional way of making cricket balls. Strips of hide are treated, cut into sections and hand stitched into ball covers. The cores of the balls are made from cork and string. The men making the balls are all quite elderly and obviously highly skilled; the work they are doing looks fiddy and intricate.

Various shots of cricket match on village green.
