At 01:41, the man in the red jacket, (hosting the modelling show), is renowned toastmaster Ivor Spencer. I'm assuming he was a friend of Leonard Pountney, as he appears with him in another Pathe clip, number 467.09.
"Same Leonard Pountney is filmed in a few other fantastic Colour Pictorial films. Bizarre as much as entertaining they are all highly recommended - CP 89, CP 405, CP 279 & CP 728. He also briefly appears in CP 250" - these numbers equate to clips 53.18, 467.09, 103.33, 195.08 and 63.17.
