    British politician Lord Walter Runciman gets off a train in railway station. He is greeted by various dignitaries. Good CUs of Lord Runciman as he greets his French colleagues. He appears to be accompanied by Lady Runciman.

    They leave the station. Various photographers and newsreel cameramen are there to mark the event. They get into a car.
